Use the email on your YFS account. On the sign-in screen, Forgot email? looks it up using the recruit’s name.
Choose Email me a login link, then check your inbox and spam folder. Links expire in 15 minutes; use the newest one.
Forgot password? sends a reset email. If sign-in attempts are limited, wait a few minutes before trying again.

Get started with YFS

Complete the onboarding form provided by your YFS team. Keep using the link in your welcome message.
Open My Profile and check your position, contact details, and primary film link. Add anything missing.
Dashboard shows the setup timeline when outreach has not started. If your details are on file, the team builds your campaign; you do not need to create one.

Open Dashboard

Update your profile and film

Open My Profile and update the section that changed, such as academics, measurables, or Links & Social.
Add your primary highlight film link and any Hudl or YouTube links. Use a link coaches can open without requesting access.
Use that section’s Save button and wait for confirmation. For feedback on new film, use Submit for review.

Open My Profile

Read your game plan

Open My Game Plan to read your finalized recruiting roadmap.
Use Open full page if you need more room. Share or Copy link lets you pass the public game plan to your family.
If the plan is still being prepared, check back later. If loading fails, use Try again or tell the team through Support.

Open My Game Plan

Understand your campaigns

Open Dashboard to see campaign activity, emails sent, and coach responses. Select a campaign to inspect its activity.
Opens and clicks show activity; they do not guarantee a coach is interested. Read replies for the next step.
If no campaign is live yet, check the setup timeline and your profile. Ask Support about changes or missing activity; the team manages campaign launch.

Open Dashboard

Read and reply to a coach

Open Inbox and select a coach’s conversation. Read the thread before writing your response.
Use the response tools to draft, then check the coach’s name, school, dates, and every claim. Coach Response Help on Dashboard can help you think through a reply.
Add any needed attachments, review the message, and send only when ready. A draft is not a sent reply.

Open Inbox

Prepare a post for X

Open X to prepare a post. Keep film, stats, dates, and coach names accurate; review the built-in posting guidance.
Use My Profile → Posting & Voice to connect your X account and update posting preferences.
Review the text and media before posting. Save a draft if you are not ready; use Support if your connection needs help.

Open X

Get help with questionnaires

Keep My Profile current, especially contact details, academics, and film. The team uses your recruiting information for school questionnaires.
Questionnaire submission and review tools are currently staff-only. Send requested schools or corrections through Support.
If a school sends you a questionnaire directly, follow its instructions or ask the YFS team for help. Do not assume it has already been submitted.

Ask about questionnaires

Contact the YFS team

Open Support and choose Question, Change something, Update for the team, or Something’s wrong.
Include what you were trying to do, the page name, and any error reference. Keep passwords out of your message.
Choose Send to team and wait for the confirmation before leaving. For film or other work you want reviewed, use Submit for review.
